 I am Aminah, a chef from Homs, Syria.

 

I cook meat and vegetarian dishes, as well as desserts, from Syria and across the Middle East.

 

I can cater gatherings from 6 - 300 people at any location in the Greater New Haven, CT area.

 

I also lead cooking demonstrations and classes so others can learn to make food from my country.
